Starting January 1, 2013 it is my intent to write down something that I am grateful for everyday for 365 days.  Sticking with this will be tough for me.  I commit myself to it.  I don't expect to write something long and fabulous or entertaining  either everyday.  It may just be a name or word.  I will try to post is on FB too and maybe on intent.com I want to realize the things I am grateful for.  I want to realize how much I have to be grateful for.  This exercise has purpose.  To pull me out of my slump and to uplift and cheer me.  Also to feel the success of achievement.  I promise to skip a number if I dont write or not skip a number but publish a blank page. These promises are to myself and to no one else.  I hold myself accountable.  If you could cheer me on it would be helpful.  I also plan on giving up sugar (yikes) Which one will be harder to do?
